Michele Hart has been a Real Estate broker in Breckenridge since moving here in 1992. She came to Summit County, having recently graduated from Denison University and had planned to spend a year in the mountains. Michele fell in love with the community and ultimately chose to make Breckenridge her home and raise a family. She has been recognized over the years with numerous awards and has served on the local board of realtors as both a Breckenridge director and the association treasurer. Jim’s passion is family and the outdoors which landed him in Breckenridge 27 years ago. In addition to coaching hockey, skiing with his family, fishing and biking Jim has maintained a healthy career with Slifer Smith & Frampton since 2010. Jim has been in the top 10 performing brokers in the company in the last five years, including being the second highest performing broker in the company this year.
